Tim Fallis is the Founder and Managing Partner of Human Adaption, LLC. His experience includes over twenty-five years as a nurse licensed in California with much of that time in critical care and rehabilitative nursing. This along with his own disability gives him a unique perspective on disability and access issues.

He served as the Branch Manager and Disability Civil Rights Advocate in Napa, CA for Community Resources for Independence for two years. He is the past Chair of the Napa Valley Mayors' Committee on Disability. He is a past member of the City of Sacramento ADA Advisory Group and the Sacramento Area Mayors' Committee for the Employment of the Disabled. He is a current member of the American Institute of Architects as an Allied Professional Affiliate.

Jack Siadek directs marketing and resource development for Human Adaption. He has a varied background that includes both public service and private business.

He served as the Mayor of El Segundo, CA from 1980-1988. He was appointed to the Los Angeles County Public Works Department Board of Appeals.

In 1986 he formed Siadek and Associates (now The Joint Venture Group, LLC) a real estate development firm. The Joint Ventures Group, LLC under Jack's direction has negotiated partnerships with assets totaling over $100 million. They have constructed single family homes, senior housing, and low income developments.

This background and experience gives him a strong understanding of public policy and business development
