center for food, wine, and the arts. Includes art exhibit space, restaurant,
wine tasting bar, theater, meeting and educational spaces. Extensive
demonstration gardens and outdoor stage. Involved in plan review and
monitoring for ADA compliance from build out to opening. Currently
under contract to review policy and procedures.
Niebaum-Coppola Winery - (Historic Winery)
Built in the 1800's this large property is undergoing major upgrade
including ADA access improvements. Under contract completed site review,
compliance survey. Continuing to monitor project on an as needed basis.
The Hess Collection Winery - ADA compliance
review. This facility in addition to production includes a small theater
and The Hess Art Collection.
Silver Oak Cellars - Completed site review
and ADA compliance survey.
Stag's Leap Wine Cellars - Completed site
review and ADA compliance survey. Made recommendations for access
improvements and continuing to monitor project.
Shafer Vineyards - ADA site review and compliance
survey.
Napa Valley Opera House - (Historic Remodel)
Plan review and monitoring through opening. This historic opera house
was built in the 1800's.
Kendall-Jackson Wine Estates, LTD. - This
project includes site review and compliance surveys of six properties.
Palmaz Family Winery - (New Construction)
55,000 square foot wine production and tasting facility. This project
is all subterranean, built on the three levels. This is our most current
project and includes site review and compliance monitoring from build
out to opening.
